The founder of Kathleen’s Harbor has a history of working with the mentally ill. Her daughter started experiencing hallucinations at age 15. She is now 42. Her daughter Lauren has experienced many ups and downs of her illness. Together they worked to make her life as normal as possible. Lauren is in a relationship for 13 years now. Beverly worked in a number of adult homes on Long Island. Most notable, the Laurel Haven Adult Home in Babylon, as Administrator for 3 ½ years. She was also privileged to work as assistant administrator in the Maryville Adult Home in Greenlawn, L.I, also for 3 ½ years. She worked for the Estee Lauder Companies for 13 years, 5 or those in the finance department.
VP Business Development
Ray is the President and Chief Appraiser for Nole Properties, Inc. of Rockville Centre, NY. A business he started in 1997.
He has a bachelors degree from Cumberland University where he played baseball for the Cumberland Bulldogs. He was named NAIA All-America on the 1996 team.

Ray’s sister Lauren has experienced many upheavals on the journey to help make Lauren’s world as much a part of the community as possible. Ray has played a major role in that growth.
He coaches all 4 of his children who are active in many sports arenas. An exemplary father, husband, brother and son.His experience and compassion exceed the necessary experience to help build this organization.
Director of Finance
Ruslana has had an outstanding career. Nine years combined accounting / finance experience for an $11bn manufacturing and consumer goods company (The Estee Lauder Companies).
Ruslana has an M.B.A. from the, Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University on Long Island. She is an entrepreneur. Ruslana owns the “Berry Good” Frozen Yogurt store in Patchoque, LI.
Ruslana has a beautiful young family. Her hopes are to see the mentally ill have an exemplary life to show her children’s generation the proper way to take care of our mentally ill.
Director of Security
Packy, as he is best known to close friends and family members, is our Security Director. His vast experience as a storage Engineer both at North Shore-LIJ Health Systems and Barnes and Nobel’s book company, qualifies him to lead this group. He was with Barnes and Nobel for 20 years.
Packy also has experience with nonprofit. Back in 2005 he was President/VP/Teacher- for the Life with Literacy foundation until 2009. Packy is an exemplary father, grandfather, and husband. He has 6 children, all exhibiting outstanding leadership. His 5 grandchildren adore him.
This organization is dear to his heart because one of the angels looking over this organization is his beloved sister Kathleen. Kathleen passed away in 2013, just before her 56th birthday.

Mary is a registered nurse and educator. Her nursing career has given her the opportunity to work with individuals representing many communities. This has informed her professional life and influenced her transition from nurse to educator. Recognizing the importance of a strong educational foundation and the community’s investment of time, money, and talent in changing the trajectory of a person’s life has made Mary a fierce advocate for the underserved populations in our communities. Mary earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Hahnemann-Drexel University, a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s University, and a Pennsylvania State Teaching Certificate.
